Introduction

I am curious to find geographical locations where the global elite is planning to ride out the end of the Age of Plenty and the following Dark Ages.

First of all, is it a valid question?

1. Are we living in the Age of Plenty?
2. Is it coming to an end?
3. Will we descent into the Dark Ages?
4. Are there any members of the global elite that answered "yes" to the questions above?
5. Do they have a place in mind where to weather the storm and from which they can start rebuilding?

I kind of feel this is very likely, but wouldn't hurt to list all the assumptions I make along the way.
